First and foremost, i wish to express my utter disappointment towards the service of your business. You have turned a potentially happy event into a disaster and you have created a mentally stressful experience for both me and my friend. Do you know that both of us have been disappointed not ONCE, but TWICE! I have placed the order and paid for the flowers on 23rd of august for the following date time slot 1-6 pm however it was not delivered as promised. Called your customer service and they assured me on today itself it will be delivered, my friend had waited happily from morning till NOW 10.20pm. And then the rider went and appoint another rider to go to bangi to collect the flowers?! And have the audacity to demand rm80 delivery charge from my friend?! What is this nonsense?! Truly betrayed by this awful experience! First time i had to go through such pain just to send a simple bunch to my friend. Words cannot describe the feeling both me and my friend is experiencing now. Your service is an utter disgrace to the business world and you should do some serious reflection on how you are going to conduct your business in the future. I expect a full refund to my credit card and i reserve the right to take further legal action against your company.
