Ordered flowers to be delivered on 30/08/2020 from 9am-1pm but failed to have it delivered. Nobody said anything until I texted the number to clarify. The staff apologised and said that the order was overlooked and will try to have it delivered tomorrow. But luckily, they were able to have it delivered yesterday around 4/5pm. Indeed, the problem was solved, but still disappointed with the whole process. Chose this website to order from because my friend is living in KL, and I’m from Singapore. Wish there would more things to be done to ensure order wasn’t missed out... Don’t think I will want to order again. First and last. But, thank you to the staff that helped out through WhatsApp.
