I appreciate the fact that I was informed that the flowers and cake were delivered successfully through e-mail and text message! In terms of improvement, I'd prefer my personal message to be hand-written or printed on a custom-made card to give it a creative and beautiful touch (e.g. calligraphy and painting). It would be great if the bouquet of flowers could look exactly the same as shown in the picture on your website as well. Real flowers and leaves are awesome! :)

1. If you could sent the package flower and cake in weekend (I wanted to send them on sunday (13 of sept 2020) but couldn't2. If we could order the cake max 1 day before delivery (now, it has to order 2 days before)

The cake was delivered late. Around 8pm. Due to the driver forgetting to bring it when he brought the flowers. Fortunately they were not depending on this cake and had another one which they cut earlier. The communication about the delivery status of the cake was not at all clear. Despite all this I must commend the excellent quality of the flowers and the cake. My sister was very happy.
