The delivery guy delivered the wrong flowers at first, then he called again and delivered the correct one, the first one that he delivered was for someone else and it was bigger than the one that I order, that's have a really bad impression!!!
I’m very pleased with my purchase. The flowers (bouquet and chocolate box) were absolutely beautiful, just described and shown on FlowerChimp.com! All gifts were delivered within the timeframe that I selected. To have done better, one thing I’d like to point out is that, the status update for my purchase wasn’t clear enough; though I did receive a confirmation note for my purchase, I was texting FlowerChimp via FB messenger to ask for status update on the delivery day, I didn’t get any informative response until the gifts were delivered. It’d be nice to have a peace-of-mind if FlowerChimp sends a response saying, for example, “Your purchase is in progress.” After all, it was the waiting and unknowing that keeps me anxious.
