Hai, i've always had a fruitful experience ordering from flowerchimps but this time,i am very dissappointed with the service you provide as what was in the product description ,suppose to have 36pieces of ferrero rochers but what it turn out to have was only 24pieces and the bouquet we receive is just not the same as what was potrayed in the website. It was a surprise gift for my fiance and it just turn out to be very disappointing . It would be very greatful if you could return the remaining of the ferrero or any kind of compensation as ive paid a sum of money for the gift i opt to receive. Thank you.
