The experience is superb. Idk why there are so many bad reviews tho. The process was straightforward. I ordered the flowers 4 days before the delivery. I always email them for any updates about the flower preparation and the customer service (Subash & Suraya) was very responsive and helpful. I was afraid if the delivery is going to be delayed but it turns out that the flower was delivered early within the time range. The flowers were fresh and in good condition. Thank you Flower Chimp!
