I am pleased, there is nothing you could have done better. I would like to commend the conscientious lady sender who painstakingly searched the entire Gleneagles Hospital Ampang for my recipient. She kept on looking and calling me to find out the correct room number although she already spent 40 minutes searching and has a class to attend and tried speaking to hospital staff who did not provide the room number although we have the full name of the patient. I am so sorry neither my director and I knew that the room number initially provided was incorrect, until you had to search for him. Thank you so much for persevering to send the fruit&flower basket!
