I would like to do a shout out to Ms Felicity at the Customer Service Department for her prompt action to response to my request in less than half hour. On the day morning I placed order I called in to request for proof of delivery a snap shot of the photo upon delivery. On the same day at about 3pm I called again for the proof of delivery upon receiving an email stating that it has been delivered. However, until the next day I have not received any proof of delivery until I called again and spoke to Felicity which in less than half hour had emailed it to me. The first 2 CS have no interest in follow up and basically not doing their job. Anyway, I would like the Management to recognize Felicity for her prompt action and commitment in her job. Thank you.
