Special shout out to the delivery agent for this order as there was some miscomm on the address, yet he/she called the recipient continuously to make sure the delivery was made successfully! Thank you!As for usability of the website for ordering, may I suggest the possibility of allowing us to upload a picture file (jpeg or png) on our message, so it may be cropped and paste to our order to give us the option to personalize our message especially if it is not English.
