The card that the receiver gets should look aesthetically pleasing and not just like a plain business-like delivery note. I also ruins the beauty of the bouquet with the delivery note simply stapled on the card.

Things were a bit confusing when the despatch guy arrived. He asked me toHold the flowers and when I took them in came into the house without asking for my permission. Hope can have proper sop for this. Flowers were ok

Need to improve delivery time. Even if u order at night for the next day delivery, the default delivery time is still between 1pm to 6pm. It should be in the morning delivery since u have ample time to schedule it

Everything was great, thank you very much. However, your picture on the internet showed a white basket which, I think, would have brought out the colours of the flowers better. The basket was black and was a little dull. Other than that, excellent service! I would recommend highly to friends.
