There was a few hours delay, My slot was 1pm - 6 pm. The item was delivered 8pm only which I don't consider as major issue looking at the current MCO in place. However, I was very disappointed when I was not updated accordingly. I tried to contact through landline, Handphone, Whatsapp, FB Messenger and Whatsapp Call. I did not get a proper response from any of them. Almost delivery, updated by WhatsApp after few hours. FB Messenger was only halfway and no follow up. I am happy with the item however kindly improve on customer service. Communication is a very important aspect to keep the customer satisfied.
First, the delivery not on time as per requested.Second, the response is slow when I asking the delivery status and not direct.Third, the rider without proper training. e.g. due to delivery late, the recipient has been go to lunch and the rider keep on calling to pressure the recipient. After delivered at guard house, the rider miss calling to recipient again to inform said ur flower & chocalate been delivered but not call to sender. Totally spoil the suprises & schedule planned. Finally, the good thing is flower fresh and the quality is good. Thanks!
