Ordering process was smooth, customer service was excellent. I am also happy that your service covers a huge area of Malaysia. love the next day delivery. If anything you would like to improve, consider having a tracker for the order. The email informing that the order will be delivered from 1-6pm does help, but tracker will give a more up to date status. Aside from that consider having a feature where there's a picture showing the delivered product is shared with the person who orders it. Overall it's a pleasant experience using your platform for flower n gift delivery. thanks!

Overall are good, however, this delivery of the product did not print the recipient name and company on the card, as a result, the recipient was unable to identify the source of the gift and was left confused and uncertain. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and work to ensure that such oversights do not happen in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Although I understand that the photos of the items s for illustration but I was slightly disappointed as the balloons colors were not added with pink

It would be ideal if it is left with white purple and violet
