The email informing that the order will be delivered from 1-6pm does help, but tracker will give a more up to date status. Aside from that consider having a feature where there's a picture showing the delivered product is shared with the person who orders it. Overall are good, however, this delivery of the product did not print the recipient name and company on the card, as a result, the recipient was unable to identify the source of the gift and was left confused and uncertain.
