I ordered the delivery from 9am-6pm but the delivery guy called my wife only at 8pm to deliver to her office.
Not only that, because it was Valentine’s Day my wife told them to deliver to our house instead.
But we were made to pay RM15 by the delivery person for their negligence and irresponsible behavior.
To top that, I did not receive the dark chocolate Godiva which was ordered.
I demand a refund for it.
Overall bad experience.
