The flowers are fresh and the colours are so bright! However, the bouquet is slightly small than I thought it would be. Should have included a comparison picture i.e the flower vs hand etc, so that the customers know what to expect. Delivery-wise, 14 mins passed the scheduled arrangement but not a biggie to me since the intended recipient was home but I really hope the team can improve on this. Overall, I am happy (well, who aren't when it comes to flowers ;p) with the service, but there's definitely a room for improvement. Kudos to the team!
