I believe the tracking, contacts & delvery were excellent. It would have been good to know precisely what time it will be deliver. This serves an excellent occation when surprising someone with the gifts.

Ordering process was easy. Flowers ordered fresh and the arrangements exactly as advertised. As for the ice cream cake. It’s already melted a bit..maybe could improve on this, and hopefully more varieties for the ice cream cake. Btw, it’s my fourth time using the flower chimp. Would be great if there’s a point redeem award system for members.
