Some suggestions, otherwise good.
Points of improvement : - Would be good to have a bag (paper/plastic) when delivering the package instead of just having to hold it- Actual item was delivered in a bit disorderly manner. Eg. Chocolates and flowers were out of arrangement. (But this may not be avoidable as delivery is done by motorcycle).
