Substitution policy: For assorted arrangements, the colors as per photo will be tried to use if at all possible, also if this means substituting with other flowers kinds or colours of similar or greater value. For unique flower arrangements, we do make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. Provide us with your email address, the recipients address and how we can reach out if there are problems with the delivery. 5. Pick you shipping and payment method - we recommend Paypal as the safest and fastest payment methods 6.
