I'm very happy with the customer service care provided when I called up for more information and assistance. However I am very disappointed that the cake that i ordered online together with the flowers was not available and out of stock on the day of delivery. I have no choice but to choose for other option as a replacement for the cake. Imagine if the cake and flowers are meant as a gift for birthday celebration . It would be such a huge disappointment right ? The cake was available when I placed my order and that was a day before the delivery date. Also some of the roses in the bouquet are not that fresh and came with brown edges.
