By participating in the Flower Chimp 9th Birthday ("the Contest"), participants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Contest Name Flower Chimp 9th Birthday Spend & Win.

2. Contest Period 
2.1 The Contest Period runs from 12:00 AM, 17 June 2025, to 11:59 PM, 30 June 2025 (Malaysia Time).
2.2 Entries submitted outside of the Contest Period will be disqualified.

3. Eligibility
3.1 The Contest is open to all individuals aged 21 years and above at the time of participation.
3.2 Participants must be residing in Malaysia, whether they are Malaysian citizens or non-Malaysian residents.
3.3 Participants must provide a valid Malaysian mobile phone number for communication purposes.
3.4 Employees of Flower Chimp, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate.

4. Mechanics

4.1 To participate, customers must:
a. Make a single transaction with a minimum spend of RM80 on any products atwww.flowerchimp.com during the Contest Period.
b. Submit their entry via google form at https://forms.gle/KDDFzc4mrPdBbLou7 provided with the following details: i. Photo of their order confirmation (proof of purchase). ii. Full Name (as per NRIC). iii. Email Address. v. Mobile Phone Number. 
c. In the same form, tell us "Why you❤️ shopping with us!" (Most creative answer wins).

4.2 Each unique order confirmation with a minimum spend of RM80 submitted as per the instructions qualifies as one (1) entry. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry corresponds to a separate qualifying order. 
4.3 Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Prizes 
5.1 A total of RM2,000 worth of Flower Chimp store credits will be awarded: a. Grand Prize: Flower Chimp store credits worth RM200 x 5 winners (Total: RM1,000) b. Consolation Prize: Flower Chimp store credits worth RM50 x 20 winners (Total: RM1,000) 
5.2 Flower Chimp store credits are valid for future purchases on www.flowerchimp.com until 31 December 2025 and are subject to their own specific terms and conditions. 
5.3 These store credits can be used on top of other ongoing promo codes unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific promotion.
5.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.

6. Winner Selection & Notification 
6.1 Winners will be selected based on the creativity and originality of their answer to "Why you ❤️ shopping with us!". No correspondence or appeal will be entertained. 
6.2 Winners will be notified via email or mobile phone within 7-14 working days after the Contest Period ends. 
6.3 Winners must respond to the notification within 3 working days to acknowledge their prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Flower Chimp reserves the right to select an alternate winner. 
6.4 Flower Chimp is not responsible for any delay in prize notification or delivery due to incorrect contact details provided by the participant.

7. General Terms & Conditions 
7.1 Flower Chimp reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or breaches these Terms and Conditions. 
7.2 Flower Chimp reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value without prior notice. 
7.3 By participating in the Contest, participants grant Flower Chimp the right to use their name, NRIC (last few digits for verification purposes), photograph, and submitted creative answer for publicity and advertising purposes related to the Contest without further compensation or prior notice. 
7.4 Flower Chimp reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Contest, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
7.5 Flower Chimp shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by any participant or winner in connection with the Contest or the use of any prize. 
7.6 Flower Chimp reserves the right to disqualify entries that are unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate. 
7.7 All personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of this Contest and will be handled in accordance with Flower Chimp's Privacy Policy. 
7.8 In the event of any dispute arising from the Contest, the decision of Flower Chimp shall be final and binding.
