Had to order condolences wreath before 5pm for same day delivery. Managed to order by 4.49pm and they delivered before 9pm! Ms Sya personally called to reconfirm address as it turned out the address was incomplete. I gave permission for her to call recipient. Ms Sya updated me all the way on what happened. So thank you Ms Sya for the excellent job! Keep it up! Then I emailed Customer Service for an official biz invoice the next day, Fin replied me immediately and furnished me with an invoice / proof of payment. Keep up the great work, Fin! Thanks.
