Substitution policy: For assorted arrangements, the colors as per photo will be tried to use if at all possible, also if this means substituting with other flowers kinds or colours of similar or greater value. For hampers, we will always have the same number of products in the hamper, however small changes in colour may be made by using items of similar or higher value. For unique flower arrangements, we do make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. If the floral box or vase shown online is not available, a similar substitute will be used.
Online Order Process
Ordering is easy: 1. Find a bouquet that you like. On the product page, we offer options (e.g. including a glass vase). 2. Add the bouquet to your cart. 3. Open the cart. Here you may tell us when to deliver your bouquet, type a personal message, and tell us what we should write as the sender name 4. Proceed to checkout. Provide us with your email address, the recipients address and how we can reach out if there are problems with the delivery. 5. Pick you shipping and payment method - we recommend Paypal as the safest and fastest payment methods 6. Note that for bank transfer payments, we will only fulfill you order after payment has been received by us. Please send us a screenshot as payment proof to info@flowerchimp.com
