I have been patronizing Flower Chimp for all my orders with regards to flowers. Of all, my latest order was timely and well received by my recipient. But if you refer to my previous orders and with due respect, there was an order exactly a year ago that the add-on birthday cake was delivered two days late which by right to be delivered together with the flowers. That was TOTALLY NONSENSICAL AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL on the part of Flower Chimp! Notwithstanding the above, I must say your ordering process was very user-friendly and I like your discounts given occasionally to your customers. The flowers are competitively priced but the add-ons are rather PRICEY (expensive).
