1st. Bouquet was squished. 4 out of 5 roses were badly damaged. Even on third day roses have withered and the lilies never got the chance to even bloom.
2nd. Delivery timing was EXTREMELY terrible. Only received by 8pm evening. Supposed to be a 9am-1pm time slot.
3rd. The WhatsApp response were not helpful at all offering nonsense solutions i.e. to pick up at Subang warehouse. If we could have done so, we wouldn’t pick delivery would we?
The only quality maintain was the wrapping and cards.
