I have purchased flowers with Flowerchimp a couple of times. Due to one event, FlowerChimp partner in Terengganu missed out on processing my order though I called customer service to verify my order, still, the florist missed out my order. It was quite disappointing. So this time, I bought this Purest Love, I have to call Customer Service a few times to follow up on the status and to ensure the flowers were sent to my friends. I would like to suggest for instant delivery updates, a system to reflect the movement of my orders and it reduces my stress to follow up call on the delivery.
