I was very impressed w everything in fact! Ordering process was easy, and the product pricing is very attractive compared to other online florists. I’m a return customer as flowerchimp offer free delivery! I was very happy to see the big bouquet … exactly the same as advertised on the website. And the quality of the flowers is just amazing! I thought the roses are red but it’s actually pink. It’s quite small compare to the photo but overall its good. The flowers also comes with a big paperbag. I always received flowers from flowerchimp but this time i bought flowers for my mum. The service from flowerchimp never disappoints me, I’ve requested them to deliver the flowers before 3pm and my mum received it at 1pm. Overall its good!

overall flowerchimp services are really good in many ways, such as flower arrangement is unique and price is reasonable. The customer services is efficient and promptly to serve the customer. I will order again for next occasion or friends' birthday:))
