The customer service is good, the staffs has clear and ordering process was smooth. For improvement, I would say the teddy bear in the website isn't the same time as the one received but it's still okay because it's cute nevertheless. Also, the wrap paper for the bouquet in the website is lilac/light purple color but what was delivered , is white colored paper. Therefore, I think it should at least be some kind of a light purplish shade of paper if can't have the exact same shade.Thanks.
