Order #110719 was a birthday bouquet for my mum. The delivery person did call me prior to delivering the order. However, once he delivered, he requested to take a picture of the bouquet with my mum holding it. It is not an issue but it made my mum felt uncomfortable and more so, he should have explained why a picture is required. I understand this is a process gap on the part of Flower Chimp and perfecting your technology would be best to avoid taking photographs of your clients, upon successful delivery. Thanks.

To improve on accuracy of product
I ordered the Pink Delight Birthday Bundle because I liked the pink birthday balloon in the picture a lot more than the other birthday balloon that is available for add on. I was quite disappointed to see that the balloon that came was the same one from the add on menu which is not the pink balloon from the Birthday Bundle picture. I would honestly have picked another bouquet if I knew it was the same balloon. Please update your pictures if the bundle is not going to look the same. Other than that, I was very satisfied with delivery, the freshness of flowers, and response time for enquiries. Thank you.
