Flower and Gift was perfect, customer service was great and quick to respond. Which is the reason I have trust and made repeated purchases with Flower Chimp. Perhaps you can improve on the message writing which was a little confusing because user cannot check the full message such as receiver and sender details in the system. The receiver and sender naming positioning is unclear as well, as for mine the receiver and sender name was all jumbled at the bottom of the message (unknown to us) which looked a lil messy when it turns out. It should show fully in the correct format as To xxxMessage goes hereFrom xxxMine appeared asMessage goes here xxx (receiver) xxx (sender)
