Late delivery
The ice cream itself is excellent—no complaints there. However, the delivery was late, which was really disappointing. We were planning a birthday surprise and timed everything around the ice cream’s arrival. Unfortunately, it didn’t show up on time, which spoiled the moment and was quite embarrassing in front of the guests.
