I have never faced a situation as bad as this with any customer service of a product. Maybe because I only order products under rm200.
I ordered at 12 noon, during the preparation time from 1 to 6, the product could not be delivered to the recipient as specified.. 3-4 calls were made to make sure the delivery was made and it still did not happen. The customer service team promised to deliver on the afternoon/evening of Friday 8.3 and did not deliver. 1 more weakness is that there is no facility to communicate faster except for email. Very inconvenient to deal with. It is very difficult to get evidence of delivery and there is none. I can't even get to request to cancel the order because the reason is that the product has been made but still can't be sent as promised to the date of March 8 and address given. Very disappointing and very unprofessional. If I don't call on the morning of March 9th, my order may not be acted upon. Ms. Zamaton finally helped me on March 9 to manage the delivery after my call. Please improve your customer service and also medium of communication.. too bad and too sad this thing happen to a beautiful product.
