The customer service was exceptional! Had an perceived issue with my order where my wife thought the unicorn cake was missing the horn. I emailed Flower Chimp and got an apology email reply within a few minutes saying it would be followed up on. My wife got a call a few minutes later and it was found that the horn was actually packed separately so it wouldn't get damaged during delivery. I also received an email follow up explaining the situation shortly after.Everything was resolved so quickly within minutes and I was very impressed!My wife loved the flowers, balloon, unicorn cake, and chocolate by the way!You are now my go-to site for flowers!Thank you so much!
