I am extremely satisfied with how the ordering and payment process is so efficient, fast, and hassle-free on the website. But the tracking on the website is not really accurate and the delivery time interval is quite long (9AM-1PM) and not really predictable, which is not good for surprises, especially since I was surprising my LDR husband. But overall, I would say that I will order here again since the packaging of the gifts are very beautiful and my husband really loved it! Thank you so much Flower Chimp!
