Upon delivery received email with photo attached and was able to contact customer service easily and received fast responses.

I was satisfied with the smooth and fast delivery as well as the price. However, just a minor thing I wasn’t satisfied with: the flowers I received was not the same as shown in the product page. There were supposed to be Eucalyptus leaves as part of the bouquet but it was replaced. Would’ve appreciated a notice that it will be replaced if there wasn’t any stock of it.
